Urgent Prayer Request

Dad just called me from his hospital bed (read below if you’re just joining us) to tell me that Mom was just taken to the Emergency Room in Michigan where she’s at a 10-day retreat with a blood-clot in her leg. She’s there right now and this is all we know right now. We’ll post more as soon as we know. Because both Mom and Dad are now in the hospital, will you please direct questions to my brother Johnny or my Uncle Jay so not to overwhelm them with phone calls? We will post information here as soon as we know anything.
Please pray hard.

Earl and I just prayed and will continue to do so. Just found out about your dad also. It’s all so hard to understand but God is sovereign and God loves us.

My heart is just breaking for all of you right now! And I am praying desperately that the Lord will show his mercy to all of you during this time.
I will be more diligent to read the blog and keep up with what is going on and I am really praying about coming to see you in early sept. possibly.

Becky, I am praying for your mom. I’ve been off the computer for the weekend, so just read the last few posts … and as soon as I saw the charlie horse post, I feared blood cot. I got one in my leg when I was pregnant with little O. Praying for relief, for non-recurrence, and for the right treatment for your mama for RIGHT NOW! Love you Beck ….
