Sing to the Lord With Me

I will exalt you, O Lord, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me.

O Lord My God, I called to you for help and you healed me.

O Lord,You brought me up from the grave; you spared me from going down into the pit.

Sing to the Lord, you saints of His; praise His Holy name.

For his anger lasts only amoment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.   Psalm 30:1-5

God is my refuge and strong Tower – in HIM am I trusting.

~Chris

Lord I thank you that you are the Healer. I pray that you would strengthen and heal my sister Chris today. I pray Lord that you would remove the cancer from her body. Heal her ” that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses’ ” (Matthew 8:17). You suffered, died and were buried for us so that we might have healing, forgiveness, and eternal life. “By your stripes we are healed (1Peter 2:24).
Lord I know that in your presence is where my sister will find healing. In your presence she can reach out and touch you and in turn be touched by you.
Lord, only you know what is best for my sister, so I ask that you would reveal that to her.
Lord take away all confusing and conflicting information, and instruct her in what to eat and what to avoid.
Lord I ask that you give my sister knowledge of the right things to do, lead her to the right doctors who can help or advise her . Enable her to follow their suggestions and directions.. Give her doctors wisdom as to how to treat her.
Lord, I’m asking and trusting in healing for my sister Chris. Thank you for answering our prayers, thank you for your amazing grace… In Jesus name Amen .

Amen…….

Thank you, John, Chris, Becky and John for setting up this blog and sharing your journey and needs with us. Your former church family at MSBC in Oneonta is praying for you. As Pat Odell told me the other day, we are “carrying you with us,” Chris, remembering to pray for you and your family day by day. Since I write most of the prayer requests for the Vine (bulletin insert) each week, I appreciate the updates so I can include current needs. We’ll be praying with you that you can see someome at Sloan very soon. We love you and thank God for you.

In his love, Barb Deemer
