I’m helping Mom get organized for birthdays and Christmas! Will you please give us your recent contact information using a special, online and secure form? (Link below) Mom is very behind in email address and birthdays, especially, so please at least give that. This is a private database and only me and Mom can see the submissions. If you are still worried about security, please change your birthday by just one day so you still get a card near your birthday. None of the fields are required, so give as little or as much information as you want. Please fill out a separate form for each individual so that we get everyone’s birthdays and email addresses. You don’t have to do addresses more than once for the same family members – we can copy and paste from your first submission.
