When it rains, it storms.
(Written by Becky)
Your prayers are urgently needed again. Mom went to the Emergency Room this morning after coughing up small amounts of blood. It wasn’t alot, but enough to worry and go to the hospital. After a CAT scan, we were told she had multiple blood clots in her lungs and they are admitting her to the hospital now.
So, now she’s in Albany. Dad is with her but in a great deal of pain. He’ll need to rest, soon. The trip between Albany and Schenectady is usually ok for most of us. But when Dad’s in so much pain, it’s quite a distance. And Mom’s strict diet is impossible in a hospital without someone to help by bringing her food. Mom’s sister, Kate, is on her way and knows Mom’s diet. She’ll oversee this for a few days.
We don’t know much more than this right now, but will let you know when we do. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep praying… we are so weary right now. We need a break from these multiple set-backs.

I am continually struck and astounded by God’s faithfulness, throughout His word and history. I pray that you will be comforted by the peace of Christ, the faithfulness of God and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. May God’s arms wrap around you each and hold you tightly, pressing out all fear and fatigue. May He renew your spirits and refresh your souls. Amen.

Richmond family,
I know Becky through YFCI’s GA 2008. I used to work with Kalamazoo YFC in Michigan and am now in Germany with my husband who works with the US military over here.
I am praying for COMPLETE healing and restoration.

By Chris’s request, I sent a package of essential oils to her house to arrive the day she went to hospital. Can someone tell me if it is on the porch or got delivered and is not sitting out in the heat and or sun to have their strength compromised? I wish I lived closer and could help more. The oils once opened should be stored in cool dark place. Thank you. Chris may like to have the sacred Frankensense with her at the hospital too if anyone could bring a bottle to her.

sorry to hear of Chris’ hospitalization and blood clots. Discouraging, indeed. We are praying. May God be your strength as you put your trust in him. And may He help you with even that. John and Chris, we are with you in spirit and prayer.

Chris and John, it was a privilege to sahre Communion with you yesterday.. and such precious time sharing all the beautiful and powerful things the Lord is doing in and through you. Though you are both dealing with pain in many forms, His glory is shining powerfully through you and touching many. Your faith, trust and submission to Him are a testimony no one can minimize. We love you dearly, and stand with you, knowing
He is faithful, and able to heal you in a moment. You are radiant, despite what your body is going through. Lord, touch these precious ones with your healing touch and make them whole again. Believing in His healing love, Karen and Steve

Still praying here in NC.
Psalms 21:1-2 The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! Thou hast given him his heart’s desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah.
