Site Maintenance
Hi friends,
We’ve changed the design of the blog to be lighter in color, so easier to read and cheaper to print for those sharing with friends without internet. Also, we were getting some messages that its was difficult to find where to read and leave comments in the old design. We think this design might be simpler. At the end of each post (entry), there’s a gray line of links. Click “comments” and you can read comments for that specific post and also have the opportunity to leave one. The title of the main blog is a link and will always get you back to the home page.
Because this blog is public and we get spam, comments need to be approved and don’t show up immediately.

I think of you so often, Chris, which prompts me to pray. I thought of you when I heard a new/now older song that I’ve loved for a few years now today. “Blessed be your name in the road marked with suffering. Though there’s pain in the offering, Blessed be your name….. When the darkness closes in, Lord, still I will say, Blessed be the name of the Lord….” You are on the road marked with suffering, and I’m sure it’s hard to pray, “Blessed be Your name.” God is glorified though, even when the darkness closes in. May His presence shine on you.
